General Terms

Visa responsibility is limited to sponsoring the campaign prize only. All matters related to managing the campaign and awarding the prize are the responsibility of Majid Al Futtaim.

Winners’ eligibility:

1. By taking part in the Visa x Majid Al Futtaim Shop & Win Campaign, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The campaign is valid only for purchases made at Mall of Oman and City Centre Muscat from September 1st till 30 September 2026.

3. The campaign is open to anyone who:

• Is 18 years or older
• Holds a valid Visa Credit Card issued in an eligible participating country
• Is legally living in an eligible participating country
• Meets all the campaign requirements.

4. Only residents of the Sultanate of Oman are eligible to participate and win. All qualifying purchases must be made at Mall of Oman or City Centre Muscat.

5. Participants may be asked to provide a valid ID and, where required, parental or legal guardian consent before participating in or collecting the prize.

6. The following people are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, directors, officers, agents and representatives of Visa
• Employees of Majid Al Futtaim
• Employees of stores in the participating malls
• Any third party involved in providing the prize
• Their immediate family members
• Anyone else not allowed to participate under applicable laws.

7. To enter the campaign, spend OMR 30 or more using an eligible Visa Credit Card at any participating store in Mall of Oman or City Centre Muscat, then visit the Customer Service Desk to validate your receipt and register your entry.

8. After your receipt is validated, you will receive an SMS on the mobile number you provided confirming your entry into the campaign.

9. Every OMR 30 spent gives you one (1) entry into the prize draw.

10. Customers can receive one (1) entry for every OMR 30 spent, up to a maximum of 100 entries per day (equal to OMR 3,000 in qualifying purchases per day). Spending above this amount will not earn additional entries.

11. Receipts cannot be transferred or combined between Mall of Oman and City Centre Muscat.

12. A total of 10 winners will be selected at the end of the campaign, subject to successful receipt validation.

13. Five (5) winners will be selected from Mall of Oman and five (5) winners from City Centre Muscat.

Each winner will receive a holiday package for two people to Phuket, Thailand, including Oman Air Economy Class return tickets and a 4-night stay at the 5-star Katathani hotel Phuket subject to availability

14. Receipts can only be validated during the mall's operating hours throughout the campaign period.

15. Winners must present their e-coupon confirmation and a valid ID (passport or national ID) to collect the prize.

16. The following transactions are not eligible:

• Payments made using Tabby or any other Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service
• Payments made using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or similar digital wallets
• Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, or disputed
• Purchases of mall gift cards, currency exchange transactions, bank transactions, utility bill payments, and fines.

17. Winners are responsible for obtaining any required travel visas, travel insurance, and meeting all travel requirements.

18. Winners will be contacted by Majid Al Futtaim by phone or email within one week after the official drawing. Acceptance letters will be shared for signatures to facilitate the prize delivery

Instructions on how to claim the prize will also be provided and a dedicated email address, so winners can contact for the booking logistics

19. Winners must collect their prize within 15 days from the date the winners are announced.

20. All decisions made by Majid Al Futtaim and Visa regarding this campaign are final.

21. Majid Al Futtaim reserves the right to change or cancel these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By participating, you agree to any updated Terms & Conditions.

22. If fraud or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected, Majid Al Futtaim or Visa may disqualify the participant and cancel the prize.

23. Winners must sign and return the prize acceptance letter to Majid Al Futtaim within five (5) days of being notified. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or refuses to accept the prize within the required time, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.

24. To enter the draw, all receipts must be validated at the Customer Service Desk. By participating, you also agree that your personal information may be used for campaign administration, marketing, and promotional purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

25. Electronic purchase receipts are accepted for this campaign.

26. The price is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

27. Winners are responsible for paying any taxes, fees, duties, or other charges that may apply to accepting or using the prize, as well as any costs not specifically included in the prize.
