Meet the Mentor

Dr. Siham Ahmed Al-Harthi is one of Oman’s most distinguished business leaders, recognized for her visionary contributions across real estate development, economic diversification, and women’s entrepreneurship.

She is the Chairwoman of Aufoq Real Estate Development & Investment and a Member of the Board of Directors at the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), where she also leads the Tourism Committee.

Throughout her career, Dr. Siham has played a pivotal role in shaping strategic national initiatives, driving sustainable development, and fostering international economic partnerships spanning the GCC, Europe, Central Asia, and beyond.

She is widely regarded for her leadership in empowering women entrepreneurs, championing innovation, and advancing high-impact projects that contribute to Oman’s long-term prosperity. Her work continues to inspire a new generation of Omani women to lead, build, and transform their communities and industries.
